They are ideal for those looking for low-maintenance pets that are easy to care for. I clean their enclosure once a month and I do use coconut fiber substrate and only change it out every 6 months. Snails like their smell in their enclosure and do not like it changed a lot lol. I also use some moss which helps hold moisture. A water and food dish. These snails love sweet potatoes, lettuce,carrots, etc. I do give them snail food around 3 times a week. I also provide a cuddle fish bone for calcium. These little pets will come to you in a plastic cup with damp sphagnum moss and a little food for the trip. I put the cup in a sturdy box and the cup will be surrounded by paper so it won’t bounce around the box during shipment. 📦 These little snails grow really fast with the proper diet. I will mail you a little starter sheet that gives tips on how to care for your snail. They are great for educational purposes and can be a fun addition to any household.
