These have some gorgeous colors especially considering they were meant to be ephemeral and tossed once the event was over. They are: Destino: Tokio - 3 15/16" x 6.75" in size. This translates to "Destination: Tokyo" in English. The movie was released in 1943. It starred Cary Grant, John Garfield, and Alan Hale. The bill was likely released at the time the film was released. There is foxing on the back and there are creases on the handbill. 4 en el Espacio- 3.25" x 4.5" in size. This translates to "Four in Space" in English. It stars Dawn Addams, Andrea Checchi, and Massino Girotti. The movie was released in 1955 so this handbill is likely from the same time period. There is light foxing on the back. La Sentencia- 3.25" x 5.25" in size. La Sentencia is the name of the movie that Ann Sheridan starred in 1949. The movie was released as "Nora Prentiss" in the US in 1947. The handbill has a date of April 21, 1949 on it. There is some foxing on the back. La Sentencia- 3.25" x 5.25" in size. There is some foxing on the back. CONDITION: These are all vintage handbills from the 1940's and 1950's that were printed on fairly inexpensive paper so they show wear. They all have soft corners, yellowing of paper, some foxing on the back, and even bent corners. The first handbill has creases in it. They are probably more yellow in real life that what you are seeing in the photos because the flash of the camera washed a little bit of it out. There are extras photos in the photo gallery where you can look at the medals under magnification to see how they look. All items come from my personal collections. This is a non-smoking home.
