3 Vintage SMU Pins (One Humble Oil Pin, One Pinback w/ Football, & One Homemade)

I think the first sentence in this description says it best: these three SMU pins add a touch of charm to an SMU collection, because all three are certainly vintage. I do not know exactly why, but I am perplexed as to why vintage SMU items simply do not sell nearly as well as other old SWC school's memorabilia sells. And with the heritage that SMU enjoys, that not ought to be a distinguishing characteristic of the Ponies. With Doak Walker, Kyle Rote, Dickerson and James and the Pony Express, etc., etc., (and can one overlook Forest Gregg? or Hershell Forrester?) and even the Rose Bowl Mustangs of 1936, and Bobby Wilson. I cannot understand why SMU carries that distinguishing characteristic. Baylor and Rice typically outsell SMU by a landslide. If someone knows and can shed some light on the matter to me, it would be very helpful to me to determine if I still desire to list Mustang items. A shout out to my good friend Ronnie P. in Sherman, Texas: Ronnie is as avid a Mustang as there is, but it's a head-scratcher for me to keep listing SMU items, mostly to no avail.
