The pipe also features a dog bone shape and construction style. This robust pipe is made with thick borosilicate glass, employs a modern silver fuming process, decorative inside glass ribbons and hot forming techniques. This pipe is great looking, robust and a great addition to your collection. Like all chameleon silver fumed pipes the exact hue and glow from the pipe depends upon what background color you hold it against and the light source. When viewed against a black background (hold it against your black shirt to see an awesomely cool purple iridescent glow) it glows a purple iridescent color, against a white background it has a blue-yellow iridescent glow - a very cool and unique property of this unit. Keep in mind that these pipes are hand made and they will have natural variations in size, color and accents that will make each unique. This pipe is about 3" long and about 5/8" outside diameter in the tobacco bowl areas, expanding to 3/4" at the first expansion bog bone end then down to 1/2" in diameter until it goes back up to a 3/4" diameter dog bone end just before the mouthpiece end of the pipe. The tobacco bowl itself is a bucket shape and about 7/16" diameter at the open end x 5/8" deep. This pipe is for tobacco use only.
