This is a new, original DVD, running time approximately 30 minutes. The movie features original fight choreography by Sifu Luo, and an interesting story line about friendship, martial arts rivalry, betrayal, revenge and the grim reality of street combat and self defense. Sifu Luo does a good job of choreography specially since the movie features mainly his students and fellow martial artists from a sister kung fu school. At times the precision of the fight scenes is a bit off, but no worse than what you see in big budget action films in which much effort is placed at editing and ultra-producing the scenes. Instead with ''SIFU'' the scenes feel real, like they were happening in front of you, at your own Kung Fu Kwoon. All and all, this is an awesome effort by some hard working martial artists that are working and thinking out of the box and doing good for martial arts in the process.
