Place this side over TOP row of teeth. 6. Bite down for 30 seconds to leave an impression and to ensure the mold is shaped to fit your mouth. Press front flat piece against teeth to create tighter fit. Do NOT bite down too hard so as to cut through the soft malleable plastic. 7.
