It features all nondenominated 10¢ Eagle and Shield coils from 1991 to 1998. The Scott catalogue numbers range from 2602 to 3271. Chris Calle designed the patriotic stamps. There are many Scott minor varieties because the Eagle & Shield issues were used for a decade. The stamps we offer for this set will be the most common tagging, gum, and date size. If you collect minor number types please check out our Special Variety set of 13. Three different printers were contracted for the service inscribed coils. They are American Banknote Company (ABC), Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), and Stamp Venturers (SVS). The stamps show the USPS trend from printing water-activated stamps to self-adhesives. Some of the beautiful stamps have very fine centering.
