There are two soft foam linings is in each one. Holding on to anything safely from a boat on a lake to a car wash whilst under your car and there is no problem. Too deep under water and out in the rough weather these quality ones can be used for anything and built to last. Almost all of these still look new yet all are being sold as used and several of the outer packing boxes are torn open and or marked. These have a watertight seal with a nice feal and useful for anything.
