The package proved popular, The cards neve took on a life of their own, with most collectors wanting the package intact. The most expensive cards are not always those of the best player. It's the law of Supply and Demand...and the scarcest ones are the ones which nobody wanted at the time. Most of the cards in this lot are "Near Mint". Goiod corners, clean backs...a few slightly discolored, as they originally came in plastic packaging, and were VERY SLIGHTLY discolored. The cards are: Steve Bedrosian, George Brett, Jack Clark, Roger Clemens, Eric Davis, Andre Dawson, Dwight Gooden, Pedro Guerrero, Tony Gwynn, Rickey Henderson, Keith Hernandez, Fred Lynn, Don Mattingly, Mark McGwire, Eddie Murray, Shane Rawley, Dave Righetti, Juan Samuel, Mike Scott, Ozzie Amith, and Fernando Valenzuela. Computer scans often show darker or lighter areas which aren't on the actual item, and the larger the object to be scanned, the more areas will be affected.
