These puff bags are exclusive to Japan and was only sold during the Children's Day holiday season. The theme was strong pokemon for 2023. The 2023 reprint has the standard yellow/blue POKEMON logo on the front. The older print had the Pokemon Blue Japanese Anime logo on the front. These bags are rarely seen once the holidays end and are extremely hard to find for sale afterwards, even in Japan. The bag is unopened. This ships with tracked shipping in a padded envelope.
