The card has been autographed (hard signed) by Rust and includes a Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) from Upper Deck authenticating the signature. eBay now requires sellers enter an "ungraded condition" for each card listed, however, I am not a professional grader so please see the pictures for details and contact me before bidding if you have any questions.
