2022-2023 Strandberg Boden+ Plus NX 6 - *Near-MINT*

Description: This beautiful Strandberg Boden+ NX6 is in excellent condition, plays smooth, and sounds fantastic! I purchased this brand new from an authorized dealer this year and it has received very little play time. This chambered guitar is very lightweight, weighing only 5lbs 1oz. on my digital shipping scale. While similar to other Boden NX models, the Boden+ NX came with a number of premium features that were not available on any other NX model. These features include a solid flame maple top (not a veneer like all other NXs), engraved lettering on the top (not a sticker like other NXs), Michael Frank Braun designed "Original" pickups, and True Temperament frets. I preferred having the True Temperament frets on a guitar with a trem, so I swapped the neck with that of a limited edition Boden Fusion NX 6T ("Community Drop") that had the factory maple neck, Macassar ebony fretboard, and jumbo SS frets. The condition of this instrument is essentially "MINT." I have it listed as "excellent" simply because of the swapped neck. After a careful inspection, I can find no signs of use or wear at all. This axe is part of a very large collection of guitars, has been played very little (less than 2 hours total), and has never left my pet- and smoke-free home studio. All hardware and electronics are in "as new" condition and work perfectly. This includes the stock, Boden "Original" series pickups designed by Michael Frank Braun (designer of signature pickups for Guthrie Govan, Eric Johnson, Plini among others). These specific, "original" pickups are quite rare and only came on a few models during a 2 year span (i.e., Boden original neck-thru, Boden DR, and Boden+ NX). They sound absolutely AMAZING! And, of course, they are now out-of-production due to the untimely passing of Michael Frank Braun, The original Strandberg Venture gig bag and all unused accessories and paperwork pictured will be included with purchase. Lastly, the guitar will be expertly packed in its original factory box with plenty of bracing and soft filler material to ensure safe transport to its new home.
