He was produced in 2019 by Mattel and is in his sealed package but the package does have a small crease on the back and some wear to the edges and corners of the package as can be seen in the photos. He was part of Elite Series 68 which was a Summerslam Series. He includes 2 sets of hands and a title belt. Shipping outside the United States will be extra.
