Description: Pretty good shape cosmetically besides some stickers peeling or having some tears. Missing a few parts like the weight bench, brown sewer tube column, right side part of the cardboard back drop, part of plastic sign marquee is broke but can be glued back. That is just what I noticed at a glance but there could be more missing. Some parts may have more wear than others, but mostly everything included is in nice shape. I took more pictures after it was disassembled, and I cleaned off any dust or grime from years of sitting around so consider it a before and after.
