May have minor scuffs and scratches on the plastic and brackets and may have scuffs or spots on the fabric, and may have minor tears on the sides where the frame has rubbed against the material. Hard to see if the pictures, but they are there. There may be indents in the cushion due to non-heated storage. Please be sure to check out ALL the pictures!! This seat does NOT tilt forward or back.This 36" Seat fits in the 3rd or 4th row on the Drivers Side. Wehavethe floor mounting brackets for the seats for an addtional $100.
