Description: This is a Hudson counter stool, designed by Phillipe Starck for Emeco in 2000. The listed price includes one counter stool, and we currently have six stools available for purchase. These stools are built by hand from recycled aluminum in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Aluminum is an excellent material for seating as it is lightweight, yet extremely strong. These examples have a white powder coat finish and they are each engraved with the Emeco logo on the back. Each stool measures 20.75 inches deep, 17.75 inches wide, and 37 inches high. Their seat height is 24 inches. These stools are in good shape, with a few chipped spots and some black marks on the legs. They can be touched up easily if desired. There are some light scratches and bumps. Overall, these stools are in good condition with some signs of use. Please see photos. The buyer may pick up the furniture, have it shipped by our shipping partners (buyer will pay for full shipping cost, though will not have to arrange it), or discuss potential delivery within reason following the end of the auction.
