The screen is amazing, super sharp, has vivid colors, and is in excellent condition - is clean and crack-free. All keys function correctly and all are lit when the backlight keys are turned on. I had zero issues with the laptop over the last three years I have owned it. It is updated with the latest Windows 11. Includes Excel and Word, other great software, and has a bunch of premium games already installed. All drivers are refreshed and current. A new battery (OEM specs) was just installed, and cleaned inside and out. It is in very good overall condition. It has a minor ding on the left front corner shell of the laptop bottom (done by the original owner). I'm the second owner.
