Description: RnR Hall of Fame 9 dvd boxset in collectors box. 2009. From Time Life. Each disc has a strange film on it for lack of a better word. It was like this when I bought it new. I'm assuming it's something in the manufacturing process. I have never had an issue when playing them. It just looks kind of different but they play fine. Some discs may have minor marks. They all play fine. The boxes have minor wear. Check the Used dvds category in my store for lots more. I gladly combine shipping whenever possible.
