No where near the noticable wear and tear as compare to cars of this age. Vehicle was purchased in Florida and owners sold it to someone in Wisconsin who appears to only have driven it during summer months based off of mileage records on carfax. I then purchased from a dealer in Illinois and had it shipped to LA. Ive had it since Nov 2021 and have put right at 1k miles on it. Its my show car and every now and then the kiddo gets to ride in style with the top down. Battery was replaced back in April, tires are in great shape. Very few blemishes on this car, no dents or dings. Top is canvas and is in immaculate condition. The drivers side inside door panel vinyl does have a little peel at the bottom which is very normal for these cars. There are a few paint chips on the edge of the door that have been touched up, likely from previous owners bumping walls when opening the door. They are barely noticable and with the door closed the side scoops do a great job of hiding them. Few scrapes on bottom front lip likely from curbs, again not noticable unless youre looking for them. These are the only imperfections you can find on this car, and I felt the need to list every one of them in case others are just as picky as I am. I ceramic coated this car with Avalon King Armor Shield 9 and its held up very well. Washes are a breeze and drying is easier with a blower, as I try not to wipe or touch the paint. The color on this is amazing, it looks gold in some light and silver in others. Certain angles even make the car have a dual color effect. Even better, the California Special registry has confirmed that this car is 1 of 2 ever produced with this exact setup. Most Cal Specials had the hood scoop, this one came from the factory without making it extremely rare. Its very likely the other is is much worse condition or has been heavily modified, making this a true rarity. Only modification is short antenna and MBRP exhaust.
