This book is clean and intact, exhibiting little wear and creasing from handling and storage over the past 17 years. Except for the author's signature on the inside first page, there is no handwriting in the book. Original price was $19.99. It would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Kentwood resident, Grand Rapids area historian, or vintage publication collector in your life!
