2006 Gibson SG Supreme - Translucent Black

Description: *Guitar is back up for sale and has the pictures from the last seller up as the guitar has barely changed since buying it a few months ago. Selling as I need the money and can’t justify keeping the guitar* The brass nut and Bella cover have been removed however for a custom (luthier) crafted bone nut and a regular black truss rod cover! Sperzel tuners have also been replaced and have gone back to chrome Grover keystone tuners. **This guitar did not orginally come with a pick guard and although this was professionally done by a luthier for other owner, one screw on it is stripped and the selling price reflects this factor!!!** - Selling a 2006 Gibson SG Supreme in Trans Black finish. An outright beautiful guitar that sounds sharp and deadly! Gibson came out with these SGs in the 2000s, presenting several features of a Gibson Custom such as an ebony fretboard and diamond inlays. - An EMG pickup was professionally routed out and installed in the bridge and then was professionally taken out as can be seen in the cavity outline on the back of the guitar body. This was then replaced with a Gibson Classic 57' pickup in the neck, which is what the guitar originally came with, and a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge recently (57 classic bridge shown in picture). - Mahogany body and neck. - 60s style electronics - Comes with original Gibson Hardshell case. -Has a few blemishes as can be seen.
