The chrome trim for the washer is missing, but you can replace it with your old one. The fender clip by the upper tab is broken off (marked with yellow), but the actual tab needed for mounting was professionally repaired with metal wire and and is still there. A cracked spot in the housing was repaired.Please zoom in the pictures.Ballast, module and HID bulb are included. Other bulbs included but not guaranteed.
