Description: OOAK Polymer ClaySleeping Thumbsucking BabySculpted by ArtistPat Moultan This offering is for an OOAK sleeping baby that has been meticulously sculpted in Polymer Clay by renowned doll artist Pat Moultan. There is such life-like detail in the face, feet, and hands. Beautifully painted and detailed to give a real baby appearance down to the fingernails. This baby has an open mouth that can hold a pacifier or a thumb. This babe also has a dark blonde mohair (I think) fixed to its head. She weighs approx. 5 lbs. 2 oz. and measures around 20 inches long. *****This babe has been on display. She has suffered some injuries. She had her R index finger broken off and that has been glued back on. I have had the baby's head covered since I had it. I was shocked to see there has been some cracking/drying to the head I guess, the head has flaws now. I cannot say as to what may have caused it except getting bumped around in a move. Also, there may be a crack on the L leg. That all said. I have tried to relay the best I can what I see, but I may have missed something as I am human and by no means am I trying to mislead in any way. Please refer to the photos (not the best photographer here--sorry) as they serve as a vital part of the description. All in all, in my opinion, the baby is just adorable and those flaws are really not noticeable especially the ones on the head being that the head is covered. You judge for yourself.
