One of the staples on the cardboard tab came undone, and there is a hole on the back exposing the plug. Because the plug is exposed I was able to plug it in to the wall to test and it does work. The cardboard has wear, marks, stains, wrinkles and bends. The plastic bag is a bit dingy. Please see all pictures for condition.
