Description: I recently had a large number of eTopps cards delivered before closing my account. Originally you paid Topps directly for each card and after purchasing they remained in Topps storage. While in storage you could still trade them and sell them on ebay. If you wanted them "in-hand" you needed to pay Topps to ship them to you. An open question for all eTopps cards is how many of the original cards remain with Topps in long forgotten accounts. Thanks for looking!
