Description: A pair of stunning handmade appliqué quilts for twin beds, they are exactly the same in design and size. The ecru ground of the quilt is silk and the petals, leaves and stems of the appliqué flowers are done in multi-color linen. The squares with the appliqué flowers alternate with squares of hand-stitched roundels. The scalloping on all sides is edged in a pretty turquoise blue. The stitching is particularly fine. The condition is excellent. They are a bit dusty. 64" wide x 86" long These have a lovely sheen and are just beautiful!!
