Actions: Dispels Wind-Cold Damp to relieve pain, tonifies the Qi and nourishes the Blood, activates the Blood and dispels stasis. Indications: Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, facial paralysis (Bell’s palsy). Key signs & Symptoms: Shoulder pain, Neck pain, Joint stiffness, reduced range of motion, Localized muscle wasting, Symptoms worsened by cold and wet weather. DOSAGE: Adults: 3 capsules, 2 times daily, half to one hour before or after meals, with warm water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner. CAUTIONS: • Avoid foods that may aggravate arthritis (e.g. sugar, caffeine, citrus, salt, red meat, dairy products, additives, soft drinks, white flour, nightshades, white potatoes, tobacco).
