The many on-site amenities include 14 heated outdoor pools, 14 hot tubs, a children's wading pool, pool bars, Cordovano Joe's pizza, Drafts Sports Bar & Grill, Starbucks, minimarket with deli, and Disney Movie Theater. This will require a new Guest Certificate to be issued, which will cost an additional $89. Be aware that this could take several days to process. NO timeshare presentation is required! Photo ID and Credit Card (for security deposit and incidental room charges) will be required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages and will need to resolve prior to check-out. Any damage or theft will be the responsibility of the guest. This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is reserved in our name. When purchased, we will obtain a guest certificate in your name which can be emailed or sent via regular mail. The person whose name appears on Guest Certificate is the person who will be required to check in. Please take the guest certificate with you to check in. If other guests in your party arrive earlier, they will be required to wait until you arrive and check-in. The unit number will be assigned at check-in. Your unit may vary from pictures in this ad. No smoking or pets allowed. Upon purchase we MUST have the full name, address, email address, and telephone number of the person checking-in and using the resort in order to obtain a guest certificate in your name. We will then transfer the reservation to that name and you can contact the resort to verify. We will contact you through eBay and give you the reservation confirmation number. The ID given at check-in must match the name on the reservation check-in. You are required to have a valid ID & credit card for the check in process.
