Description: 19th Century Old Paris Hand Painted Pink Rose Green Black Gold Tea Cup & Saucer Nice mid 19th century Old Paris / Vieux Paris porcelain tea cup and saucer in the London form. Decorated with hand painted pink roses and small blue forget me nots framed in yellow enamel and gold scrollwork over w white, green, and black background. Gold floral scrollwork along the inside of the cup and in the bottom of the cup. Gold gilding along the edge. Unmarked. Circa 1830s. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The cup measures approximately 4 1/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/2 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 3/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
