Description: 19th Century Hand Painted Floral & Gold Chinese Export Porcelain Gu Form Vase Rare 19th century Chinese export Gu form porcelain vase. Hand painted with floral swags and bands in pink, red, blue, purple, and yellow. With gold scrollwork designs along the top and bottom of the vase. Gold bands around the century. Has a faint square mark on the base. Probably decorated in Germany as the style of the flowers and gilding are typical of Dresden. Has heavy crazing, staining and wear to the gilding. Also has a professional repair to the base and a chip to the foot rim. Measures approximately 5 1/2 inches wide x 10 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. EU LX
