Description: Wonderful early 19th century children’s books. Both are inscribed by the original child owner Benjamin Leech, Jamaica 1831. I believe that references Jamaica, NY. I did find someone by that name in New York with dates that would put him at 7 or 8 in 1831. Condition as shown with some deteriorating from age but still charming survivors.
