Description: Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a gorgeous antique Whiting Manufacturing Co. "Louis XV" pattern Sterling Silver Salad serving fork and spoon set. The entire handle and stem are decorated with an elaborate scroll design in high relief. The fork measures 8 3/4" long and 2" wide with the spoon measuring 9 1/8" long and 2 1/4" wide. The total weight is 5.4 ounces. This gorgeous set is in excellent Estate condition. There is a lovely monogram "M" on the end of each handle. Each piece is marked with the old Whiting trademark stamp and "Sterling, Pat. 1891, Quintard Bros."
