ESE shipments can take up to four (4) weeks to process and arrive to you at your address. In addition, ESE mailings sometimes do not track accordingly through USPS and might take several days to be delivered after being scanned at your destination. Furthermore, ESE mailings sometimes are not scanned into the system ever by USPS and will still be delivered, just not scanned and tracked by USPS. If you prefer NOT to use ESE for items under $20 (after applied discount and not including shipping/tax), you can choose pay for an upgrade to have shipped in a bubble mailer, at their option, the adjusted cost would be $3.25 flat. This covers materials and the additional USPS shipping cost to ship USPS ground advantage. If you wish to upgrade, please use 'request total' from your cart and state you want to upgrade to bubble mailer OR notify me prior to making payment.
