Description: 1997 Omega Speedmaster Racing Schumacher Reduced Automatic Watch - Full Set About the watch & condition: Here we have a beautiful Omega Speedmaster Racing Schumacher edition with the stunning red dial! It’s a complete full set, boxed & papers so will make a perfect gift. The watch is running smoothly and all features work as they should. When time tested over 24 hours it was within around 30 seconds. This movement is notoriously slightly on the noisier side but that’s just how it is, completely normal. More details below; This watch has a gorgeous red racing dial in the famous Speedmaster style with the 3 sub dials. The first displays the seconds (upper right), minutes (upper left) & hours at the bottom. These are gorgeous watches and great value for money. The dial on this is completely flawless with no issues at all. The crystal is also the original and has been kept in excellent shape, there’s the slightest spec towards the centre but it’s that small you can’t even see it on pictures. The stainless steel case looks exceptionally and is surrounded by a lovely black tachymetre bezel. They’re both in beautiful condition as shown! I love the lugs on these watches they also look great on the wrist. It’s got a very small mark on the upper left side edge towards the lug but it’s very minor and while on wrist you won’t even notice. The crown is the original and works just as you’d expect. The pushers work perfectly as well with no problems. The back case has the famous Speedmaster seahorse on which is always a nice additional touch. It’s sat on its original red Omega strap and will fit a wrist sized 8 inches or smaller. It has its matching Omega buckle and for its age it’s been kept in excellent shape. It’s definitely been reserved for special occasions and has plenty of life left in it. This is an automatic watch meaning it runs off the movement of your wrist. The watch has a small power reserve however if left for a period of time it will have likely stopped. As mentioned this is a full set coming with both the inner & outer box. The inner box makes a lovely display piece and works fine, it’s also got the Michael Schumacher booklet! Also contains the Omega pouch which houses the instruction manual, service network booklet and the international warranty card from its original purchase in 1997. There’s also an old service receipt dated 2000.
