The set includes a very Detailed Patrol Car with Operating Lights, emergency Flashing Lights and Multiple Siren Sounds, all wrapped up in typical HESS White and Green Colors. The toys are made of high-quality materials and have been well-maintained, ensuring their longevity. This is a "New Old Stock" Item and only shows some shelf wear on the outer box. All the contents are enclosed with the original cardboard packing Sleeve/tray and Rooftop Light bar protection insert. (I honestly don't believe it has ever been out of the box before:) There are no Batteries included, or Battery damage as it has never been used. The Hess Patrol Car would be considered to be in Excellent Condition, and has not been used, Purchased in 1993 it has been in clean dry storage since.
