Description: 1984 McDonald's Los Angeles Olympics Clear Glass Mugs Anchor Hocking - Set of 2 Set of 2 Souvenir mugs from the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. The clear glass cups feature four different sports pictured in silhouette within a colored grid. The yellow grid mugs show graphics of weight lifting, track, wrestling, and archery. The red grid mugs show graphics of equestrianism, fencing, gymnastics and cycling. Below the grid with the sports icons is written, "1984 Olympics". Beside the grid is also written, "©1981 L.A. Olympic Committee". On the opposite side of the mug the McDonald's company logo sits below the Olympic rings and red, white, and blue stars. Imprints on the bottom of the mugs show them to have been produced by Anchor Hocking and made in the USA. Approximate Dimensions - 3 1/2 inches tall x 3 inches in diameter x 4 1/4 inches from one side to the outermost point of the handle. The one mug with red grid is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. Graphics are bright and vibrant. The other mug with the yellow grid is in good condition with some scratches and minor wear in graphics but clean with no chips or cracks and will display well on any bar or cabinet. Vintage and antique items have been loved and used by the previous owner so please expect for there to be some imperfections. If there are any major imperfections such as age cracks, rust, chips, etc I will do my best to list them. I will combine shipping if you buy multiple items when I can.
