Probably not, but this is a super scarce Ric Flair true rookie, much like his MUCH more common Wrestling All-Stars card, which was also associated with a magazine. This is a large circular cut out card from 1982 Gong Magazine, a popular Japanese wrestling magazine. It is really hard to find copies of the issue with these cutouts, expensive, and, needless to say, condition sensitive and then you need to cut well circularly. This card is graded a PSA 8 NM-MT with a gorgeous big blue ink signature that PSA grades a 10 GEM MINT. It is a POP ONE, meaning it is the only PSA 8 signed copy and there are NONE higher. There are ALSO no higher graded UNSIGNED copies of this card, so it is as high as grade as it gets. It is the ultimate investment flair rookie as a signed copy of his wrestling All-Stars in this grade fetches 8+ times this, with higher graded UNSIGNED copies.
