Description: Condition: The ticket is from August 10, 1981 and is graded by PSA as Authentic while the autograph has been graded as aGem Mint 10. Against the St. Louis Cardinals, Pete Rose came up in the 7th inning with Pete Jr. looking on. Pete tooka fastball off Mark Littell and poked it between 3B & Short for a single to surpass Stan Musial as the all-time hitleader for the National League. Ironically, 18 years earlier, Stan recorded his final hit against the Cincinnati Reds, just past a diving 2nd baseman who happened to be Pete Rose. The ticket stub measures 1.5β x 1.25β and has light unobtrusive wear. Overall, it has nice eye appeal and is agorgeous PSA 10 MINT autograph, and a great relic from Peteβs historic record-breaking game over 40 years ago.
