1980's Donna Morgan for Non Stop Black Satin / Velvet 1940's Style Dress Sm

Description: This dress is made from what feels like a rayon velvet and a nice satin. It has a nylon zipper in back and stiffening in the shoulders of the sleeves. It's gathered on the side front panels to the black velvet center front. There's rhinestone buttons on the bottom of the sleeves. It's a vintage 7/8 and measures 36 inches around the bust,waist is 28 1/2, hips are full, across the back shoulder is 15 and it's 48 1/2 inches long. I'm happy to combine shipping. .
