Description: 1975 Vintage Alabama Crimson Tide Illustrated Program with Bear Bryant & QB Richard Todd on the front cover. I am in the process of cleaning out my long deceased father’s Alabama Crimson Tide memorabilia collection and this was one of his prized possessions. This is a September 5, 1975 Alabama Crimson Tide Illustrated featuring Alabama Coach Paul Bear Bryant and quarterback Richard Todd on the color cover. This game was the opening of the 1975 football season against Missouri played at Birmingham’s Legion Field. It was a Nationally televised game. This is the program that was sold at the game that day. It measures 15 inches long x 11 inches wide. This was folded in the middle and stored 47 years ago and is in very good shape considering it’s age. It is complete and all pages are there. Of course there are some creases and there is one small tear in the top corner of one page but it is still attached (see photo). This has great stories of “The Bear”, his coaches staff and players, both team rosters, feature stories and much more. There is great vintage advertising including several ads featuring Bear Bryant collectible items for sale at that time. There are a total of 48 pages front to back. Fantastic game program with a wonderful color cover of two Crimson Tide legends!
