But in a city steeped in Mardi Gras tradition, there's no such thing. Led to a Sousa tune by the New Orleans Police Marching Band, the seventh annual St. Joseph's Day parade etched its way Sunday through the Irish Channel from the corner of Felicity and Magazine to Liguori Hall on Constance.
