Also staple holes, corner folds, edge damage, creases, ripples, scuffs, smudges and other imperfections are normal. Pages may show pressure marks from production or years of storage. Images are scanned on black background, NOT matted or framed. Many older magazines printed misaligned with their edges. I only trim the spine edge, leaving the other three sides untouched.
