It is in good pre-owned condition and all the pages (94 pages) are in tact with no writing or highlights, but the front cover does have a name written in pencil at the top. See pics. This cookbook includes recipes and a brief history of small libraries in the Pikes Peak Colorado area. I do question how good the recipe for Miracle Whip Cake (page 46) would be? Hmmmm.
