Description: An original type 1 press photo of Archbishop Thomas Aloysius Boland, who was accused by twenty Roman Catholic priests of "a white racist attitude" toward Black and Puerto Rican people in the slums. Father Boland does seem to have a sneer on his face. The photo measures about 9" x 6". Good condition as shown. One edge is angled and Boland's name is circled. The back is stamped Jan 9 1969 and there is a round sticker with 98 on it. An important piece of history and a significant addition to any collection. I ship every day the post office is open with your item safely packed the way it deserves to be. I always combine shipping and will refund back any overage when you buy multiple items.
