You had nothing to do with this change in my rating, it is because ebay has decided a seller must put tracking numbers on 90% of items shipped. 70% of the items I sell goes in a 3x5 envelope with 49 cents postage. To do the tracking number means everything I sell would have to go at the package postage rate which is a minimum of 1.95. Either I absorb this extra cost or I pass it on to you-for a service I have almost never been asked for-because I ship quickly. Passing it on would mean adding $1.50 to the price on most items I sell resulting in higher prices for you. In addition ebay makes more in fees because final values would increase.
