Description: I am completely parting out this 2x4 NP435 transmission. The case had the casting number C-96391 N. If you need something off of it, be sure to check out my other listings or ask. Here is a case out of a 2x4 NP435 transmission. The lower reverse gears are included as shown. It is dirty and needs a good cleaning. It looks like someone welded the bottom at some point, not sure if that was the factory or after. It was full of fluid and sat like that for years, so I guess the weld is fine. It looks good. Determine fitment for yourself only. You will want to replace any bearings, etc., this is a used part. There is a little wear from gear grinding on some of the gears. The case part number for this trans was C-96391 N and had a date code of 66 on the top cover and a 1967 ford truck part number (C7TA) on the tag. It shows wear as shown. Determine fitment for yourself based on the pictures and part number only. There are no returns, so be sure to ask any questions you have and do all of your research BEFORE purchasing. Use the part numbers and pictures to determine what it will fit. I will answer any questions that you have about it. It will need a good cleaning.
