The rain poncho can be folded, but makes a crinkling sound.The foot locker measures approximately 13 1/4" inch length, 6 1/2-inch /width, and 4 3/4-inch height make it a perfect size for storing your G I Joe action figures and accessories. The foot locker comes with a green color and military & adventure theme. One of the rope handles in broken and some of the wood edging is missing (please see photos provided). Items are clean and no funky odors. The material of the foot locker is wood, and it is an original licensed reproduction from the 1960s. The foot locker has a G I Joe brand and is a franchise of G.I.
