1964 Johnson President LBJ All the Way Campaign 2 Button Lot Pinback Very Good

Description: I have been an observer and occasional participant in the fascinating and frustrating process of politics in America for almost 60 years. Yes I'm THAT old:-) I have been a casual rather than obsessive collector of campaign buttons etc. along the way. Johnson For PresidentA 2 inch pinback with a safety catch. The button is in vivid red white and blue with white lettering and an image of LBJ. This is a vintage 59 year old button, the real thing. Not a copy or modern day replica. Made by N. G. Slater Corp. N.Y.C. There is a union bug on the right edge. LBJ All the WayA 7/8 inch pinback with a blue circle on a white background. There is an image of a cowboy hat with the red letters LBJ. This is a 1972 reproduction of the original 1964 button. There are 2 union bugs on the right hand edge and text identifying the original date as well as the date of the reproduction. Even though it's a reproduction it's still over 50 years old and I think that makes it vintage. These will make a great addition to your political collection.
