Must be shipped as is with brackets as bracket bolts are rusted and some bolts have been cut or altered to try to remove brackets but unsuccessful. Item has multiple scratches,scrapes, dings, pits, dents, chrome has multiple tiny pits in some areas with discoloration. Chrome is tarnished or has discoloration. Rust and surface rust on front and reverse side.Item has multiple dings throughout and at ends. chrome plating missing in some areas that have damage or scratches. Item is used and sold as is condition. Bumper and bumper brackets may be disassembled for shipping purposes only. Any re-assemble is at buyers expense. Discounted price to reflect current defects.
