These were sent to Dealers to give them updated Model and Components updates as well Troubleshooting and Repair Procedures that were not covered in the Shop Manuals. These would be used along with the Service Manual to service and repair your car. There are even Bulletins pertaining to the Max Wedge and Hemi Engines and Cars. This set is in a very cool vintage United Motors Binders. This is a large collection but we have no idea if it is a complete set. Very informative and useful tool for the Mopar Owner or Collector that will be a great addition to any collection. The Bulletins are in good condition with minor wear, soiling and blemishing [see photos].
